is there a new thing with DVD's that will not write data if FBI warning is removed from data to be burned to disc? I tried to copy Grimm's Snow White W/O Warning wouldn't go but W it did.

No. Coincidence.
 
The FBI warning is most likely a seperate VTS from the main movie VTS which has many VOB's. You should be able to burn any VTS you want on the source disk without any interference from any other VTS on the source disk.

Just get a picture view of each VTS on the source disk and burn whatever VTS you want to, usually the main movie VTS.
