Using the latest 8.2.3.1 beta update.

This was the only title that gave me this error. The DVD version of the same title had no issues, but the blu ray version gave me this. I tried to load it multiple times with the same result, and other blu ray titles didn't give me this error. Only doing it with this blu ray title.

Any idea?

Looking at my firewall log, it showed that a rule was updated and was blocking access to the application. Weird... it never prompted me or even alerted me that there was any action being taken. I manually edited the rule to "allow" and it's working fine.
Ugh!
