Not reading. Regions on all drives are set. Below is the log:

AnyDVD does not agree with you. You must EXIT AnyDVD before checking or setting the drive. Set the drive region and try again. If it still gives an error, then state what error and supply an AnyDVD log, not just the summary.
 
Based on what you Posted, it is evident you need to set your drive to the correct region. Looks like region 1? Be SURE to get out of AnyDVD Before setting region! This title gave Me No Problems at all, I am Region 1. But, Both my drives are region set to region 1. If that is the case with you. it may be all you need to do! Couple clicks and issue resolved!

No you don't. Your drive hardware region is set. Please provide a FULL anydvd logfile, not a copy/paste of the status info. That's useless by itself.
