Failed to init ElbyCDIO

Clicked on my Clone DVD icon today & got "Failed to init ElbyCDIO!". Tried a couple more times, same result.
Uninstalled & downloaded/installed 2.9.3.6, got same error. Running latest Windows 10 (ver 1903).
Never had this problem before. Any solution?

Probably some anti-virus, anti-something software blocking the uninstall or install process. Disable all snakeoil software and re-install.
