Failed to Init ElbyCDIO??!??

Whever i try to start anydvd or clonedvd a message that says, " failed to init elbycdio" pops up. what is this and how do i fix it?

Reinstall anydvd and reboot.

i've done that twice....and it still gives me the same message

Have the same problem after loading into Vista.
Uninstalled completely, restarted three times still have same problem.

uninstall -> start windows in safe-mode -> delete ElbyCDIO.DLL -> restart in normal mode -> install
