Exception of AnyDVD can scan and detect disc, but Windows Explorer show no disc.

Problem Statement:
exactly the same piece DVD, randomly suffered the exception.
Either problem as below
(1) AnyDVD can scan and detect disc, but Windows Explorer show no disc.
(2) Windows Explorer showed disc detected, but AnyDVD show no disc then crash.
after exception occurred, AnyDVD even disable DVD driver device to be detected by windows.
After uninstall AnyDVD, the DVD driver can be detected by windows.

Windows 7
DVD Driver: LITE-ON DVDRW SOHW-812S US0N
DVD Driver: BENQ SDVD TW200D USB Device
DVD Driver setting Region 3 Asia.
DVD disc Region 3 Asia.

after the except appeared,
the DVD driver to be disable, showed no disc, therefore there is no way to clone anymore.

You haven't posted a dump from 8.4.9.4, so I assumed it didn't crash anymore.

The crash happens somewhere when memory is freed. It is impossible to trace the actual cause. I can't reproduce this in simulation. Sorry.
