I been noticing for some time now since v8 that if you place a new dvd into burner tray and close and it reads the data. Then if you copy and burn the copy then place a new dvd and look at the DVD info it does this:

I am using Windows 10x64 Build 1909 but this was happening far before this version. This is the same burner Hardware when Slysoft was still around that I use to make my backups.

I am using example burn "Modest Heros" anime dvd movie to do this reply. This has been a ongoin problem but I never had this issue in v7 or earlier versions that I recall.

I am using Anydvd HD 8.4.0.1
CloneCD 5.3.4.0

This is what it first reads for the Summary:
Summary for drive U: (AnyDVD HD 8.4.0.1, BDPHash.bin 19-09-17)
ATAPI IHBS2122 HL05
Drive (Hardware) Region: 1
Current profile: DVD-ROM
Media is a DVD.
Booktype: dvd-rom (version 1), Layers: 2 (opposite)
Size of first Layer: 1910016 sectors (3730 MBytes)
Total size: 3427088 sectors (6693 MBytes)

Video DVD (or CD) label: MODEST_HEROES
Media is CSS protected!
Media is locked to region(s): 1!
Video Standard: NTSC

Structural copy protection not found.
RCE protection not found.
UDF filesystem patched!
Autorun not found on Video DVD.
Removed CSS copy protection!
Bad sector protection not found.
Emulating RPC-2 drive with region 1!

This is what it reads of another retail dvd when I place it into the tray to read for it to start another process to make a backup DVD.
-------------- Here's where the problem is---------------------
The next DVD is "Wolf Children" and this is what it reads for status on Anydvd HD:
Summary for drive U: (AnyDVD HD 8.4.0.1, BDPHash.bin 19-09-17)
ATAPI IHBS2122 HL05
Drive (Hardware) Region: 1
Current profile: DVD-ROM
Media is a DVD.
Booktype: dvd-rom (version 1), Layers: 2 (opposite)
Size of first Layer: 2050480 sectors (4004 MBytes)
Total size: 4043080 sectors (7896 MBytes)

But as you see there is nothing that should be shown as the first DVD "Modest Heros" Summary
------------------------- problem is shown above ------------------------

The only fix to get it reading correctly again is to place the previous burned copy of "Modest Heros" and let Anydvd HD read again this is is what it reads for the status:
Summary for drive U: (AnyDVD HD 8.4.0.1, BDPHash.bin 19-09-17)
ATAPI IHBS2122 HL05
Drive (Hardware) Region: 1
Current profile: DVD+R DL
Media is a DVD.
Booktype: dvd-rom (version 1), Layers: 2 (opposite)
Size of first Layer: 1910016 sectors (3730 MBytes)
Total size: 3427088 sectors (6693 MBytes)

Video DVD (or CD) label: MODEST_HEROES
Media is not CSS protected.
Media is region free.
Video Standard: NTSC

Structural copy protection not found.
RCE protection not found.
UDF filesystem patched!
Autorun not found on Video DVD.
Bad sector protection not found.
Emulating RPC-2 drive with region 1!

Then this is what Anydvd HD reads for the status for "Wolf Children" retail:
As you notice the summary is filled not as before.
--------------- This is what is only shown from before--------------------

Summary for drive U: (AnyDVD HD 8.4.0.1, BDPHash.bin 19-09-17)
ATAPI IHBS2122 HL05

Total size: 4043080 sectors (7896 MBytes)
---------------------Above is what is only Shown------------------------------

---------------------Below is what was is missing from the Summary-----
Video DVD (or CD) label: Wolf Children Disc 1
Media is CSS protected!
Media is locked to region(s): 1!
Video Standard: NTSC

Structural copy protection not found.
RCE protection not found.
UDF filesystem patched!
Autorun not found on Video DVD.
Removed CSS copy protection!

If I don't do this the burned disc will not show the correct info. So this is a Anydvd HD issues that needs to be fixed. I reported this long time ago and was asked to present a log but this isn't a log issue but a Anydvd HD bug issue that needs to be fixed. CloneCD will burn what is presented to it from Anydvd HD not the other way around.

I'm not seeing any problems in anything you posted, no zeros anywhere.

If you have problems with a disc you need to read the sticky 'please read BEFORE you post'. Copy/pastes of the status info is useless by itself. We need a lot more info that that

I did indicate the problem of the reading the disc doesn't show up when you go to backup the next disc. The problem isn't the disc it's the Anydvd HD Program itself not Displaying the correct Disc Summary. Once you make a burn from CloneCD and then you place the next retail dvd to read the summary isn't as it should be. This is not a Disc problem but Anydvd loosing to read the next disc and presenting the summary for the disc itself.

AnyDVD? Your drive? A third party driver like DeUHD? An anti virus tool?

Same Drive when using Slysoft AnyDVD HD in the past, no 3rd party software like DeUDH, Windows Defender.
As mentioned in past AnyDVD HD it didn't experience this problem before that. This is something I learned to lived with but if the same process is follow for other backup it does the same thing.
