Error on Opening Passengers_2016 ISO

I get the following error trying to open the ISO I ripped of Passengers:

Cannot open medium

Could not generate hash.

Any pointers for using Clone BD with this error and/or ISO?
 
Let's start with an AnyDVD logfile from the ORIGINAL disc or protected iso.
