I am new to this software, and when attempting to back up on of my dvds, I received an error message. I use anydvd as well. The software seems to copy the disc ok, but when I place a blank dvd in my burner and hit go, a message pops up that says: directory not found
:/VIDEO_TS. under details, the message says: OSUtilIO [WString] TCE. I am not sure if this is a setup issue, or a burner issue or what. I am not very computer savvy. Any body know what the problem is? Thanks.
