We are using AnyDVD and cloneDVD Mobile to put a movie on an iPod. Clove DVD mobile did not successfully copy the DVD to the iPod, so we started AnyDVD thinking that we had to use that first. We received an error message that Any DVD is disabled for the drive. Is there a setting we need to change?

Rightclick on the AnyDVD icon -> settings -> drives -> selection -> and select the drives you need (for example E) -> OK.

If Anydvd says your drive is disabled, ignore the message unless you also receive it
when you have a movie inserted in that drive.
Some drives' firmware may report the wrong
information to Anydvd. Often Anydvd will still function properly.
