error cloning phillips 3390 dvd

Help I can not copy a dvd recorded from my Phillips dvdr 3390 recorder. I have tried using all the functions on clone2 and anydvd combination. This dvd can not be copied!! Help! I get a error IFO manager format 0. What does this mean? I have even tried to copy it on Nero software with no luck. Please update software version so this error is corrected. thanks!

PS other than this error the software works great on commercially produced dvd! thanks!

The error is from your DVDRECORDER.
Copy the files to your HD first.
And try to open them with PGCEdit.
If u have luck u can repair the damaged IFO File.
Save the DVD if evrythings well and than try again to open with ur Software.
