internet is working fine and trying to rip Halloween 4K but getting the error msg

Todd, do you get the same message if you try to rip a Blu Ray?

Thinking maybe that message is a new way of AnyDVD saying the UHD is unsupported....

Can you please try again - it will not work, but we'll get some extended logging information on the server, so we may be able to find out, what is going on.
