1. AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, download with Netflix and Hulu is not possible at the moment.
Situations like this will always happen with AnyStream: streaming providers are continuously improving their countermeasures while we try to catch up, it's an ongoing cat-and-mouse game. Please be patient and don't flood our support or forum with requests, we are working on it 24/7 to get it resolved - but it will take a few days. Thank you.

Webslinger I tried to find a list of error messages in FAQ but none available. I do not know or think you need all the info requested in your read before posting requirements. Clone DVD worked last week but I think I did not remove the last movie I copied from the system after I copied it. On the TITLE CONFIGURATION screen when I browse for folder and select under Clone DVD temp the VideoTS option I get an error message"Unable to read video files from Video TS, Unable to open file, The system can not open file. It seems to me i need to remove the last movie I copied before I can copy another. How do I do that? Thanks, Frank

Well, actually, at the very least I would always appreciate the answer to question 8 from here: click http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=393

    That shouldn't matter.

Why are you selecting your hard drive as the source? Select the original disc instead. You're choosing the wrong drive letter. Put the original disc in an optical drive, and enter that drive letter followed be a colon. "e:", for example (where "e:" is the drive containing the original disc). Do this in the "Dvd video files" field. Hit enter.
