English Dolby AC-3/6 sometimes unchecked by default

I'm curious -- sometimes when I backup a DVD using CloneDVD2 (with AnyDVD running), some of the audio tracks show up unchecked by default. I'm using the "Clone DVD" option, and when I get to the Audio and Subtitle Settings page, usually everything is checked by default, but sometimes, for example, the "English Dolby AC-3/6" will be unchecked. When I see this I check it so that I get the 6-channel audio.

My question is -- is there a reason this is unchecked sometimes by default? Is there a reason that I shouldn't check it?
