DVD Shrink recovery

Because I had to reinstall my operating system (Windows), all software are gone and I am reinstalling one by one all of them.

However, DVD Shrink is a problem. I know it is free and the only available version or edition is from 2004, but none of the providers, within CNET or not, do not have DVD Shrink any longer, or if you see the advertisement to download it, it takes you everywhere but to the DVD Shrink that I always had. Besides, some 30 bugs got into my PC after trying a couple of them.

Do you know any safe way to bring DVD Shrink back, if it still exist?
