dvd mobile doesn't work

posted earlier thread about incomplete copying. dvd mobile won't copy any movie I try to copy. I have disabled all virus protection, spysweeper, etc. I have tried numerous ways. every once and awhile, i can copy maybe....2 individual chapters. there is no pattern as to why I can't copy these.Really need someones help in order to get this to copy to my 5th generation Ipod. what could be interfering with the copy process???

Need help please?
 
I just bought an 80gig Video IPOD and I also am having problems. Let me try and sort it and I will get back will all of you.:mad:
