Hey there,

I wanted to backup my game discs using AnyDVD by converting them to ISOs. But everytime I try to create an image of the "Mass Effect" disc, it says my "device is not ready".
Nevertheless, I can play the game and install it, there are no problems with that.
Also, AnyDVD says the DVD has "no label", but in "my computer" it says it's "Mass Effect 1".

I'm using Windows 7 64Bit and a LG DVD-Burner with the latest firmware.
AnyDVD HD Version is: 6.6.8.0

---
Summary for drive E: (AnyDVD 6.6.8.0)
HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH24LS50 YP01 01052209379AP83234
Drive (Hardware) Region: 0 (not set!)

Media is a DVD.
Booktype: dvd-rom (version 1), Layers: 2 (opposite)
Size of first Layer: 1882928 sectors (3677 MBytes)
Total size: 3765840 sectors (7355 MBytes)
---

I am using DeamonTools Lite, but I did not uninstall it, since I need it and I'm alright with a slower reading time during rips.

Can maybe anybody help me, please? :)

AnyDVD isn't designed for game discs. It's for movie discs.
Try using Imgburn
