DVD läuft nicht trotz identischer Rechner und Einstellungen

Hallo,

ich habe zwei identische Rechner. Auf beiden habe ich AnyDVD installiert. Gleiche Einstellungen, trotzdem läuft auf dem einen Rechner die DVD nicht.
Auf dem anderen war die Installation problemlos und die DVD wurde sofort erkannt.
Der Verdacht liegt ja nahe, dass die DVD hier noch eine zusätzliche Sicherheitseinstellung hat.

Kann mir jemand helfen?
