Please see steps 3 and 5 in the link I have just provided.

Also, please post an AnyDVD log here (Step 5), and explain what you're playing the disc with (Step 3)--the software, that is.

In the future, any of your DVD problems needs to be posted in the AnyDVD section.

A mod will certainly move this thread eventually.

How do youy play back? How do you copy? I recommend elby CloneDVD. And don't forget to read the short manual.

It's called "Descriptive Video" and you can toggle it off with your remote's Audio button.

In case of Director Commentary: select AC3/6 (AC-3/6) instead of AC3/2 (AC-3/2) on the Audio and Subtitle Settings section of CloneDVD2.
