I'm getting a error right at the end of ripping the movie The Mask. I attached the log file

And which error would that be exactly? It's certainly not a protection issue for such an old title

Has to be a defective disc, that movie is way too old to be a protection issue
 
Guess it has to be even though it worked a few years ago
 
It's not you, it's the disc :) Disc dyes degrade, discs gets scratched, ... all reasons for read / ripping errors
