DVD Burner does not recognize blank DVD

I used the AnyDVD and CloneDVD for the trial period of 21 days, and then bought the full program. While using the trial program, I had no problems whatsoever burning DVD's. However, just about the time that my trial period ended and I purchased the full program, my DVD drive has started to not recognize a blank DVD in the drive. I can, however, view DVDs with info or burn a DVD to my hard drive, but I cannot burn the info onto a blank DVD. Does anyone know what is going on? :confused:
 
Check in the AnyDVD section. There is some process that you need to go through to remedy that.
