OS: Windows Vista Home Premium Manufacturer: Hwelett Packard DVD Drive: HL-DT-ST DVDRRW AnyDVD version: 188.8.131.52 I bought and installed Any DVD a few months back. Initially I did not have any problem. Slowly problems started creeping up. 1) Once the DVD menu is chosen it some times take many minutes to jump to the first chapter. 2) DVD drive not recogonized. Windows Media player, Real player, Windows Media Center etc. cannot detect CD/DVD some times. The same CD/DVD seems to work at other times. The behaviour is random and has experienced in many disks (including brand new movies/music). Because of the randomness very difficult to point out the issue. Tried re-installing AnyDVD. No luck. The message is "No Disc is present in Drive E:! HL-DT-ST DVDRRW GSA-H30L S755 06/12/26" In fact E: drive has a disk loaded. Can you kindly help?
