Is there a way to convert DIVX files to MP4 with Slysoft Software.

I love the software and do not want to use a 3rd party software.

simple answer is no.
try using super© (google for it).
dont use the march 2008 release as it is flawed/buggy beyond belief.
a fix is due soon according to their support forum.
