The mpls (playlist) number is not being reported in AnyDVD HD 8.0.3.0 for the Divergent/Allegiant Blu-Ray US Version. Perhaps this is too new, but there is nothing reported.

This disk is another playlist obfuscation version, just like the previous Divergent/Insurgent movie. A posting on makemkv.com says it's 838 for both Redbox and Netflix.

There are already threads going about this film, both for the normal retail and redbox versions. That being said you should always post up a logfile if you expect help. Without a logfile they can't look in to any problems

without an AnyDVD log file we don't know which version of the disc you have (even "the disc from Redbox" won't help, they may have more than one variant of the disc).

838 is correct for only one of 3 currently known variants.
