    I really do wonder sometimes....

    User had a problem with AnyDVD crashing but did not tell me the title.

    Me: What disc is this?

    User: I don't know what you mean by 'disc'.

    ( :bang: .. is there any single barrel left?)

    I'm sure that if you contact "sons of guns" they'll be able to accomodate you in more ways than 1

    Have you guys ever sent a customer an "instant refund" - and told them they were too stupid to use the product without hurting themselves? :D

    In that sense, yes

    I have refunded when the user demonstrates either no knowledge of some simple Windows functions, appears totally frustrated and over-challenged even with the simplest of procedures and/or threatens charge-back. This happens mostly on registrations.
