..."ERROR processing Blu-ray disc!
Please check the AnyDVD status window for Details"

The AnyDVD status window shows:

"Summary for drive H: (AnyDVD HD 7.6.5.0, BDPHash.bin 15-08-10)
PIONEER BD-RWBDR-207D 1.21 12/03/27PIONEER
Drive (Hardware) Region: 1

Current profile: BD-ROM
Media is a Blu-ray disc.

Total size: 10929632 sectors (21346 MBytes)
Video Blu-ray label: WILLY_WONKA
Media is AACS protected!
Drive supports bus encryption!
AACS MKB version 14
Problem connecting to AnyDVD update server!
ERROR processing Blu-ray disc!"

Disc is WIlly Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, purchased new on Amazon in the US. Using the newest version of AnyDVD. Attached is the log file. Of my 800+ backups over the years this is the first time I've seen this error. Other discs are working fine--issue is only with this disc.

Thanks in advance for the assistance!

*Edit* I'm connected to the internet, with firewall and anti-virus turned off.

Decryption for that disc requires connecting to the online protection database. As anydvd mentions in the status info. Is your PC connected to the internet?

Sorry for the inconvenience, but the key server is currently down for maintenance.

Ah, something simple a little patience will fix :) @James perhaps a hint to add a more specific anydvd message like those other error codes :)

Came here about to post the same thing. Glad to have those search results before posting the topic.

I am having this problem at the moment... is the server down? This has been happening since yesterday.

Your drive seems to have problems retrieving the discs unique identifier which it needs to get the correct info from the OPD. Try cleaning the disc with a micro fiber cloth or try a different drive. If your case is NOT an opd issue.
