I usually make copies of the dvds that I purchase so that I have a back up incase the original gets damaged. I have been problem free copying about 12 dvds since I bought CloneDVD2. But I came across a dvd ("The Commitments") that I was able to clone but with one disturbing feature that I could not get rid of no matter how i performed the copy: the director's voice over was something that was present no matter what I did. I could not get it to deselect at all. There was no way to remove it. Is this a known problem with some dvds? if so, is there a work around??
