DaVinci's Demons S1D2 "Unable To Generate Hash"

When trying to copy DaVinci's Demons Season 1 Disc 2, I receive the following AnyDVD error message:

Error processing BluRay Disc

and CloneBD error message:

Unable to open selected medium: Could not generate hash

Disc has been cleaned with microfiber cloth and there are no visible blemishes. Attaching log file is that helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Looks like defective disc, multiple read errors.
