Are you using the newest version of AnyDVD? Is this an original disc?

When I ripped DaVinci Code using the then current versions of ANYDVD and CloneDVD2, I had absolutely no problem with the process.

BUT !!!!! - I seem to remember a very long list of different copy-protection schemes that had been applied to the feature. These included bad sectors, empty sectors, etc. The list of protection schemes was displayed by ANYDVD. I was surprised to see the list displayed, because here in the US, very few titles employ protection beyond the standard minimal technique (forget what it's called.) The producers really hit this one hard!

Considering the amount and varied protection applied to this title, I'm surprised that even the original would play! So, I can understand why a mix of software failed to produce an acceptable result.

You mean CSS (Content Scramble System).

Da Vinci Fixed

Used Clone DVD instead of anydvd. Sad to say, that was the problem.

I made a back up of this movie using Any DVD and Clone DVD 2 & nero with no problems. Make sure you have the latest versions of anydvd and clonedvd2
