Enclosed is crash file.
Does this happen every time with that disc?
No. This was the time I could get a crash dump. Every other time, AnyDVD simply hangs trying to process the disk and never finishes. If I kill the analyzing window, AnyDVD reports the drive is in use, even after I eject the disk, until I kill and restart AnyDVD. This one time, I got a crash dump, so I had something tangible to repott.
Thank you - problem is identified, will be fixed soon.
Thank you. Is it possible the fix will also allow the disc to be successfully read?
That depends, if the read errors caused anydvd to crash yes, but a crash fix won't fix actual read errors on a disc.
The new version worked and read the disk. Thanks!
