Howdy, I inserted one of my dvd backups and for some reason it shut anydvdhd off and created a .dmp file requesting that I send it in to Slysoft. I have no problem that needs answering, as a restart made everything fine again, but would appreciate a reply/note/pm about why it happened just for furthering my knowledge. Thanks for a awesome
