Could not back up Open Season

Hi, I was wondering if there was anyone who could not back up open season also. Clonedvd2 says failed redundancy check or something like that. It is a Sony dvd from the US.
 
That error is most commonly associated with a dirty or damaged disc.
 
I got it sorted. I installed yesterdays update and it worked.
