Copy of disk is just a list of folders

I was backing up a blu ray disk-Rogue Nation to a double layer blu ray disk. I selected complete copy and the program started reading the files. I inserted the 50gb disc to burn. When completed, I got the dialog box saying completed successfully.

The disk will not play. I put it in my blu ray player and all that is on the disk is a lot of folders. I have backed up other disks with no problem. Any ideas on what went wrong?
