copy from philips burner will not open

i have this dvd copy that i burned on a philips burner with a hard drive.
i am trying to make a copy of it using the anydvd, however it will not open.
what do i need to make it work?
everytime i try, i will get an error.:confused: :confused:
 
What error do you get? Be as specific as you can and include the details.
 
A copy should not require the use of AnyDVD. Any DVD burning software should make a 1:1 copy.
 
What AnyDVD burning software? Remember, AnyDVD does not burn.....:disagree:
