Does anyone know of any freeware or shareware that can simply convert from one resolution to another without re-compressing the video file all over again. For example i have a lot of videos i converted into 320x240 or 368x208 using Clone DvD Mobile, but now since the advent of having available the ability to now view in full resolution 480x272 on my Psp i was wondering if there is software that can effectively convert all my existing .mp4 files to 480x272 without having to re-encode the entire collection over again.
