That said, yes and no. It will copy the video files itself just fine if copy protection has been properly removed by anydvd. Anydvd will automatically make it region free.
What Clonedvd will NOT do, is change the video standard from PAL (region 2) to NTSC (region 1).
For playback you will need to either get/have a multi-standard playback device capable of both pal and your usual ntsc OR use third party software like Convertxtodvd to recode to NTSC. You WILL loose original menu's that way.
