Conversion finished but video not complete

Hi,
My first attempt at using CloneBD has resulted in an incomplete conversion. I tried converting the movie "Ted" to mp4 and found that at the 88% mark it stopped converting the video but kept doing the audio. It eventfully finished and said the conversion was successful, but obviously it wasn't.

Stuck at 18% compression of disc

---similar thing happened to me---didn't complete the copy of Transformers Age of Extinction as a result.
