hi; i'm encoding some cartoon dvds. i've picked the generic mp4 output with a quality setting of 10. everything seems to go ok but the the outptu fiels have a variable frame rate ( as determined by mediainfo). is there a command i can put in the devices.ini the will force the output put to constant frame rate ?
