Compress 40Gb blu ray to 20Gb Blu Ray

Hi

Does anyone know of any software soon coming out that will compress a 40Gb blu ray to 20Gb Blu Ray. Such as Clone HD-DVD/Blu Ray HD or DVD2ONE?

At the moment I can backup < 25Gb to a Blu Ray disv for playback on a PS2.
But, once a Blu Ray disk goes above 25Gb, I'm stuck !
