Complete Copy Issue

I have a BD film as a folder, size is 36,6 GB. When I try to make a complete copy of it, CloneBD creates a folder 30,6 GB in size. At first I though it just skipped some unnecessary parts but when I tried to play it, I saw it was missing some parts completely and didn't play correctly. I had the problem first in 1.0.3.4 and tried again and again in 1.0.3.5 and 1.0.3.6. I even tried making a partial copy with everything selected, no difference in result.
