AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.
Situations like this will always happen with AnyStream: streaming providers are continuously improving their countermeasures while we try to catch up, it's an ongoing cat-and-mouse game. Usually you get it instantly: as a download link after you finished the order process and as an email attachment.
In case something is 'suspicious' with your order (about 1% of all orders), it will be checked manually. This may take up to 4 hours.
Make sure you check your spam folder - some mail servers and spam services detecting our delivery mail as spam.
