CloneDVD updates

My hard drive on my computer recently crashed and I had to reinstall my CloneDVD2 and AnyDVD. My problem is that when I click on my CloneDVD2 it states that there is an update. I click yes to go to update page and it won't open into it. Before my computer crashed I had no problems with it going to the slysoft webpage and allowing me to download the update. What problem could I be having or what might I have done on the reinstall. My AnyDVD is working fine. The CloneDVD2 is also still working but just won't update.
