CloneDVD & Nero Recode

I wonder what the compression ratio is where DVD Shrink says it can't do (too big). I've used DVD Shrink more times than I can count and have never encountered this situation. I've even had DVD Shrink go at 55% (that's some pretty heavy compression) without any message about being too big. Relating to Pirates of the Carribean (first one), I copied that one long ago using DVD Shrink and didn't have that issue. This "too big" thing is a new one on me, of course I always copy just the movie, and do always choose DTS (in addition to Dolby 5.1) if it's there.

That's good to know, thanks. I guess I was close at 55%. I believe that one was The Green Mile which is almost 3 hours long.

I'm going to have to go through my copies again to make sure I have Pirates of the Carribean 1 with DTS on it. I'm almost positive I burned it with DTS (using Shrink) but I'll check to be sure.
