Some help

When it is going to begin the conversion process gives the following error me:

"Contaminated file! Please, reinstall the application and makes a verification of Virus!"

Someone help me please!!!
 
I forgot

I run the antivirus and says that there is no virus! :confused:
 
try reinstalling it. if it still comes up than its another problem...
 
I already did it and still it continues giving the same error at the time of initiating the conversion process :confused:
