CloneCD ? about existing backups on hardrive

hello
i have a 500gb hardrive with xbox 360 backups on it
they were all created with nero 6 from existing 360 backups that work
will the layerbreak matter if they were (read / riped)to the hardrive with nero?
i want to put some on discs using clone cd
will they work ?or does nero 6 not read the layerbreak properly?
