CloneBD Problem

I installed CloneBD today and lost contact with my 2nd. Bluray drive. The drive seems alright with DVDs but no matter what I try no BD. Any suggestions?
 
Can you access the drive with AnyDVD unloaded? It's not likely a CloneBD problem.
BTW, a not so uncommon problem with blu ray drives is for the blue laser to fail first. If DVD's work and BD's are not readable even with windows explorer, it could be a bad laser diode.
