I apologize if this has already been asked. Had to format my hard drive and reinstall Windows which removed the keys from the desktop. Contacted Red Fox who sent me an email and attachment to register AnyDVD HD the next morning, all is well. Have sent 3 emails to elby in the last week to get my CloneBD registered and can't get a response from them. Have downloaded the trial version, but would like to get it registered. I have 13 months remaining on that key. I am sending those emails to elby support, is that right or should they be going somewhere else.
