CloneBD keeps crashing with stop 124, BSOD

About 90 seconds into the conversion process I keep getting BSOD, stop 124. I have replaced the memory, *GB, updated video driver, updated bios. Ran memory diagnostics. PC has the aSUS M489GTD motherboard, AMD CPU, tBM WD drive. System only crashed for this applications
 
I sometimes get the same error and have done the usual diagnostics. The only thing I can think of is a temp issue as the cpu runs 100% while transcoding.
 
I checked the temp and it runs only at 46 to 50C. CPU was upper 90% on all 4 cores. Don't think it's temp related
 
Problem is error 124 is a generic hardware fault so it could be ANYTHING in the PC.
