CloneBD hangs ripping main movie to ISO

OS : Win 7 SP1 x64
GPU : Radeon HD 4800
Drive : Pioneer BDR-209D
CloneBD : 1.0.2.5
Source : Original blu-ray disc
CloneBD hangs at 0% progress
AnyDvdHD 7.5.4.0 trial
Destination : ISO main movie title
Label : Dolphin Tale 2
Code : ??

Win 7 Pro, Core i7, Pioneer BDR-209D drive, AnyDVD 7.5.5.0, CloneBD 1.0.2.5 trial, Blu-ray disc Dolphin Tale 2.

Wanted to rip the main movie to an ISO file on my hard drive.

Selected main movie and instructed CloneBD to create an ISO image with destination a hard drive. ConeBD goes into processing stage and sits at 0% for several hours. If I abort and exit, it asks if I'm sure because the video is being processed. I have repeated this 3 times with the same result. Not sure what to try to fix it.

You need AnyDVDHD which rips the BD to an ISO anyway, why use CloneBD??

Because the OP said they wanted main movie only. AnyDVD will only do the whole disc.
 
Sorry, didn't read it properly.

Can you create an image on your hard drive using AnyDVd and process the iso?
 
Sure you can. Just select 'rip to image'
