CloneBD Audio Question

Sometimes I transcode audio when making an MKV i.e. in CloneBD I choose AC3 Audio, and I have "remove cinavia watermark from clonebd audio stream during copy" checked.

Sometimes I do not transcode audio when making an MKV i.e. in CloneBD I choose Copy original (lossless) and I have "remove cinavia watermark from clonebd audio stream during copy" unchecked.

Sometimes I do not transcode audio when making an MKV i.e. in CloneBD I choose Copy original (lossless) and I FORGET to uncheck "remove cinavia watermark from clonebd audio stream during copy" so I have to uncheck "remove cinavia watermark from clonebd audio stream during copy" and rerip.

My question is, does CloneBD change the audio stream at all if I "copy original (lossless)" audio and leave "remove cinavia from audio stream" checked?
 
Of course it does, you can't remove cinavia without reencoding the audio track. The re-encoding by itself makes it no longer a lossless copy. If it were, the lossless copy would still have cinavia.
